Those look fantastic!  Michael Symon did a dessert on Dinner Impossible - bacon coated in chocolate with almonds.  He cooked strips of thick cut bacon and put them under the chocolate waterfall at a candy store, then sprinking crushed almonds on top...those looked amazing!

actually i have bacon chocolate before....its not bad...but it was plenty...different  azn

oh yeah street vendors (illegal street vendors...) sell it near the clubs around the mission district around 2-3am (in SF)...i've also seen it over at the fashion district during the day in LA...

Ooo that looks good.  Although I got about 5 pounds of venison sausage left over from deer season.  That would be much better then the italian sausage.... I know what I am doing to breakfast on Saturday!!!
