I need something with room to fit the large heatsink I got. Also need it to be ddr3 with 4 memory slots. Needs to be lga 775 too for my cpu. Really cant find anything to suit me Cry

The amount of performance boost you will actually get in real world situations from using DDR3 with your Core2 Quad is quite minimal not to mention it's going to be tough finding a LGA775 mobo that supports DDR3. Better off saving your money until you can afford moving up to an i7 and making the jump then.
